Welcome to Shongum’s USPSA Site!
This site contains information for those that want to participate at the monthly USPSA matches hosted at Shongum’s Sportsmen’s Association.
Our matches typically run on the first Saturday of each month, weather permitting, and are open to the public. You do not need to be a member of USPSA or Shongum Sportsmen’s Association to participate, however, we offer discounts for members of those organizations.
Match cancelation information is posted to our Facebook page no later than 8PM on the Friday before the match.
First Time Participants
First time participants are always welcome at our matches! No experience required, however, you must be able to handle a firearm in a safe manner.
We offer introductory classes prior to the start of each match.
Once a year we also provide a half-day education session for new participants or those looking to refresh their knowledge of the rules.
Our 2024 Introduction to USPSA class is scheduled for Saturday, July 13th from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. For more details and sign up instructions, click on the Learn the rules link below.
